About Gerard

Studied dance and music at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, the Netherlands.

In 1985 he graduated cum laude in dance at University for Applied Sciences.

Subsequently, he danced with the Royal Ballet of Flanders, London Festival Ballet, English National Ballet, Concordanse Paris, Basel Ballet and Ulmer Ballet.

He danced more than 1000 performances globally in venues such as Theatre du Champs Elysees, Royal Festival Hall, London Coliseum, Royal Albert Hall, Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center, Hungarian State Opera, Royal Theatre Copenhagen, Teatro El Condeduque Madrid, Flemish Opera Antwerp and Gent.

Kantor Pos organizes opera and ballet performances from Eastern Europe for Dutch and Belgian theaters and the Dutch tour of A Javanese L’Histoire du Soldat in collaboration with New European Ensemble.

Tourmanagement

Tour management for Miroto, Sutra Dance Theater and Wangmin Bunmei. Tour through the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain, Russian Ballet Gala in Manila in collaboration with Ballet Manila, initiation and coordination for exchange project between Singapore Dance Theater and Ballet Manila.
